with Sara and Bryan and two stunning owls named Danny and Elton. One can hire them from a place in Duncan called Raptors. I presume it’s a way to help finance the recovery and wildlife refuge center. Needless to say it was such a privilege to be close to these birds let alone look closely into their eyes! No sudden brisk movement nor touching their feathers was the rule. I could go on and on about the experience.. Sara and Bryan, you are a joy and I can not wait to photograph your wedding in May at Hatley Castle! (last photo is of me admiring the owl taken by Bryan, thank you!)
To all you loving and creative couples of 2017, a great BIG thank you!
From fairy tale castle weddings to private backyards to the remote fields and sand dunes of Haida Gwaii, each wedding has been unique and heartfelt. Celebrating your love, your creativity and playfulness is the biggest gift of all! Fueled to the brim with gratitude, a thousand times thank you for your awesomeness!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for yet another fabulous year of weddings and engagements! A true privilege to be a part of your special celebration with your friends and family. Not a day goes by without gratitude. Your grace, generosity, playfulness, humor and love inspires me. Much love to you in return and all the very best!!!
