Gorgeous belly indeed. Melissa and Wade were married last year and well, there you go a family has sprung. She’s about to give birth any week now and her excitement to meet this new person is clear. I’m a lucky gal to meet such wonderful families! Wish you three the very best!

Corrinas’ and Keith’s love for one another and their photogenic wedding was a visual treat to capture! Beautiful hats were worn, tasteful shoes, a fabulous theme home where colors were abundant and the guests wore epic clothes. This is my 2nd wedding in this family whom I truly enjoy and admire!

That morning it was raining cats and dogs. An old saying apparently from Europe when literally cats and dogs fell off the steep rooftops. Kind of day when the rain comes up from the ground and every which way. None of which phased Lindsey and Matt arriving at my door gleaming with vintage umbrellas and giddiness!
I simply can not wait to photograph their wedding in July and rekindle with familiar faces. I feel so fortunate that the work I love presents me with such wonderful people!

Two remarkable kindred spirits that are fortunate enough to have found each other!
Roberta hired me to capture their relationship as Bear has been recently diagnosed with a terminal ailment. They both taught me even more gratitude and to seize the day even more still.

People often ask wether I do family portraits and indeed I do but mostly during the slower wedding season. Often former wedding couples with new families!
In this case, Shelley whom I did not know nor did she know me, was brave enough to bid for a photography package donated for the
Dirty Wall Project, founded by a very young and talented visionary Kane Ryan. All good karma brought us together and I can’t say enough good things about this family!

To have the beautiful Ambur Braid an up and coming Canadian Soprano (star) singer in front of my lens was simply a gift! Not only has she a professional stance in front of the lens with countless characters, her laughter is brilliant and genuine! When I asked her to sing she became an even higher grace to my eyes and ears. Her gift is truly remarkable! After our short but most productive 2 hour shoot throughout the city we returned to the studio to do a quick edit. My son happened to be there with his friend whom also had the opportunity to experience the gifted live voice of Ambur. FĂ©lix the hard-core-rap-pop music teenager was jolted back in amazement at the beauty of Ambur’s voice!
